How Saxenda® works?

Saxenda functions by imitating the physiological effects of the hormone GLP-1, also known as glucagon-like peptide-1. GLP-1 inhibits hunger, slows down digestion, and helps control blood sugar levels. Saxenda is injected once daily, commonly in the upper arm, thigh, or belly, for the purpose of weight loss. Saxenda helps reduce hunger and promote feelings of fullness by activating GLP-1 receptors in the appetite region of the brain, which reduces the amount of calories consumed. How to Use the Pen?
